Jeep® Brand records best year ever in the EMEA region
- Third consecutive year of sales growth
- Sales tripled in the region in the last six years
- Second only to the NAFTA region, EMEA currently represents 10% of Jeep® global sales
- Fastest-growing brand in Europe and EFTA (source: ACEA data)
- Italy, Germany, UK, France and Spain recorded best year ever
- Renegade as the main driver of Jeep growth in the region
In 2015 the Jeep® brand set its all-time sales record in the EMEA region (Europe, Middle East, Africa) with 117,620 units sold and volumes up by 55.7% in comparison with 2014.
After 26 months of uninterrupted year-over-year growth achieved through December, Jeep ended 2015 reporting its third consecutive year of commercial success and confirming the brand's momentum and customer appreciation in the region.
Since 2009 Jeep sales have tripled in EMEA, with the region currently ranking second in terms of volumes after North America, with a share of 10% of the brand's global sales (compared with 7% in 2014).
In Europe (EU28 + EFTA), Jeep was the fastest-growing automotive brand recording a 132.2% increase* in a year that also saw the best performance ever in terms of volumes for the European market with 88,200 registrations and a 113% increase compared with 2014.
Several EMEA countries recorded their best sales year ever in 2015. In Italy, the top selling country in the region, Jeep set its all-time record with sales almost tripled in comparison with 2014 and with Jeep being the fastest-growing automotive brand in the country.
Recording a total of 14,995 new registrations, Jeep achieved its best annual result also in Germany with sales up by almost 42.6% versus 2014.
The UK sold more Jeep vehicles in one year than in the four years of 2011 to 2014 combined, recording a growth of 176.1%, compared with 2014 sales. 2015 was the UK's best year ever, with Jeep being the fastest-growing car brand in the market last year.
In France Jeep also recorded its best ever full-year sales performance with an increase of 208.5% (8,585 units) versus 2014, mainly driven by Renegade.
Also in Spain, Jeep closed 2015 as the fastest growing brand in the automotive sector (205.4%) and set its all-time annual sales record. During the twelve months of 2015, more Jeep vehicles were sold in the Spanish market than in the previous three years (2012-2014) combined.
At product level, Renegade led the brand's EMEA results last year with over 54,800 units sold and accounting for 49.8% of total Jeep sales in the region. With more than 200,000 units manufactured to date at the renewed FCA Melfi Plant in Basilicata (Italy), Renegade's success in terms of sales and appreciation by the public was awarded by several accolades during the year, including:

With 28.159 units sold, the flagship Grand Cherokee made an important contribution to the brand commercial success, accounting for almost 24% (23.9% precisely) of total 2015 sales and being the 2nd best-selling Jeep model in the region. Jeep Cherokee significantly increased its performance versus 2014, while the iconic Wrangler confirmed its steady performance with 14,109 units sold.

Fiat Punto Evo Sportivo 2015 - 2016

Based on the Punto Active, the Punto Evo Sportivo is likely to come with alloy wheels and a touchscreen infotainment system.
Fiat is preparing to launch a limited-edition model of its hatchback, the Punto Evo. The model, called the Punto Evo Sportivo, will be based on the base Active trim and will get added features and physical differentiators to set it apart from the standard car.On the exterior, the car will get body graphics, a colour-contrast white roof, a rear spoiler, 15-inch alloy wheels, chrome trim on the wing mirrors and a body kit to set it apart from the standard car. Updates on the interior include a 6.5-inch multi-function touchscreen infotainment system with navigation and Bluetooth streaming, door sill plates, seat covers, Fiat-badged floor mats and rear parking sensors. There is no word on pricing as of now.
Fiat recently launched the hot hatchback version of the Punto Evo badged the Abarth Punto powered by a 1.4-litre 145bhp T-Jet petrol motor. The car features colour contrast inserts on the exterior along with new alloy wheels, while the interior is more in-line with the Punto 90HP. Also launched alongside was a hotter version of the Avventura. The Avventura powered by Abarth is powered by a toned-down 140bhp version of the motor.

PLEASE save the LANCIA auto brand. Don't kill LANCIA
Dear lancisti, many will say that is crazy, but I do not want to die Lancia.
Because boys of www.clublancia.ro/forum Romanian forum, I started to love you even more this car brand.
So in the last 2 weeks, I sent emails to the auto companies in China found http://carnewschina.com/ site, asking them to take a look in court lancia perhaps in the near future will be like to develop in Europe, and, why not, to afford to buy this brand.
If more we unite, we managed to keep the Lancia brand in the hands of Sergio Marchionne.
So, who has the time and wants can email short and to the point, to the following email addresses:

Am gasit pe facebook, un grup de inimoasi fani Lancia, care au pornit un mic razboi mediatic impotriva lui Sergio Marchionne, baieti care posteaza mesaje destul de dure la adresa lui:

Si atunci ce mi-am zis in sinea mea, vazand ca dnul sergio nu are in pla salvarea marcii ? Am trimis in ultimele 2 saptamani, zeci de emailuri catre producatorii auto din china, rugandu-i frumos, daca au planuri de expansiune in europa, sa arunce un ochi si asupra brandului Lancia.
Daca grupul VAG nu era interesat de marca ALFA ROMEO, la cate nebunii are in cap Sergio, era in stare sa lasa sa moara si a doua marca...... Dar, ca sa se scoata elegant, a declarat ca a avut de ales, sa salveze una din cele 2 marci........ ALFA ROMEO si LANCIA.
Poate va veni cineva sa cumpere lancia si poate asa, va fi salvata.
Daca nu esti in stare sa salvezi un brand auto, nu-l omori, vinde-l chiar si cu 1 euro cuiva ,care e in stare de mai mult: ca e din China/Asia, Europa......
