Luca Napolitano, Lancia Chief Executive Officer, announces Lancia brand new organization
As part of the new global structure at
Stellantis, the Lancia Chief Executive Officer, Luca Napolitano has
announced the organization of the Lancia brand with immediate effect.
“We were looking for a team of professionals to build the future of the
Lancia brand, leveraging on a huge potential of passion, commitment and
vision,” said Luca Napolitano, CEO of the Lancia brand.
- Paolo Loiotile has been appointed responsible for Lancia Products.
- Yann Chabert has been appointed responsible for Marketing & Communication.
- Erica Valeria Ferraioli has been appointed responsible for Pricing of Lancia & Alfa Romeo, directly reporting to Luca Napolitano, CEO of the Lancia brand, and to Jean-Philippe Imparato, CEO of the Alfa Romeo brand.
- Roberta Zerbi has been appointed responsible for Lancia & Alfa Romeo Europe, reporting hierarchically to Maxime Picat, Enlarged Europe Chief Operating Officer and functionally to Luca Napolitano, CEO of the Lancia brand, and to Jean-Philippe Imparato, CEO of the Alfa Romeo brand.
Paolo Loiotile
Born in Turin, he has worked at FCA since 2003.
From 2012 to 2014, Paolo worked on the relaunch of the Alfa Romeo brand in the United States.
From 2014 to 2019, he was in charge of Alfa Romeo Global Product
Planning, following the development of the Giulia and the Stelvio
vehicles.
From 2019 to 2020, he was responsible for Fiat, Abarth & Lancia Product Planning for the EMEA region.
Paolo graduated in Environmental and Territory Engineering, and holds a Master in Business and Administration.
Yann Chabert
Born in Paris, he has worked at FCA since 1996.
Yann has spent his entire career in the automotive world, between Fiat
and Daimler Chrysler, and has worked for the Jeep brand for many years.
From 2014 to 2016, he was in charge of Sales for France for the Fiat and Abarth brands.
From 2016 to 2018, he headed sales for the Belgium Business Center.
From 2018 to 2020, Yann was the Head of the Benelux Business Center.
He graduated in Communications, and holds a Master in Business Administration.
Erica Valeria Ferraioli
Born in Salerno, Erica Valeria joined Lamborghini in 2007 and moved to FCA in 2011.
From 2013 to 2016, she was responsible for the Pricing of the Jeep and Alfa Romeo brands for the EMEA region.
From 2016 to 2019, she headed Commercial Development for Fiat, and subsequently led Sales Planning for the EMEA region.
From 2019 to 2020, Erica Valeria was in charge of Business Intelligence & Commercial Processes for FCA for the EMEA region.
She graduated in Communications, and holds a Master in Business Administration.
Roberta Zerbi
Born in Salerno, she has worked at FCA since 2011.
Roberta has spent most of her career in the automotive world, first at Ford and then at Toyota.
From 2011 to 2012, she was Product Marketing and in charge of the launch
of the Fiat Panda for the EMEA region, becoming in 2013 responsible for
Marketing Planning & Brand Optimization at Fiat.
From 2014 to 2015, Roberta headed FCA Marketing and Communications in
the Italian market, moving in 2015 to take on the role of Country
Manager for the Alfa Romeo & Jeep brands.
In 2017, she was appointed Head of the Alfa Romeo brand for the EMEA
region, followed by her leadership of Digital & CRM Cross-Brand for
FCA for the EMEA region.
Roberta graduated in Economics, and holds a Master in Business Administration.
